Update 4/27/2011

A change in Utah law now states that if you live in a state that has concealed carry permits (such as Missouri or Kansas) that you must first obtain that permit before applying for a Utah permit.

The change takes effect on May 10th, 2011 meaning if you apply prior to that you will get 5 years out of your permit. Then when you go to renew you will have to have a permit from your CCW state prior to renewing.

As such, I will no longer teach the Utah class and at this time I do not have any plans to teach the Missouri class.
