Above photo shows bolt clamped in vise by firing pin. Raise the bolt slightly to release tension on bolt halves.


By rotating the bolt halves in opposite directions, the retaining pin head can be exposed.


Now on the opposite side of the bolt assembly, a smaller hole exposes the small end of the retaining pin which can be tapped out with a small punch and hammer. Gently


Washer placement is simple. Drop it on to the sleeve and your ready to put it all back together.
